claims in an earnings report released last week that it provided approximately 38 percent of the $36 million Moneyline received in its second round of financing (IMD, Jan. 8). According to the report, Garban contributed $13.5 million in return for 7.6 percent of the equity of Moneyline. Moneyline's other investors--Accel Partners, Bank of America, Comdisco, Global Crossing and Merrill Lynch--decline to comment on the amount they have invested. The report additionally says
