has been named managing editor of the Dow Jones News Service, succeeding Robert Prinksy, who was promoted to the new position of senior editor of product development for Dow Jones Newswires. Lipschutz was previously deputy managing editor of Dow Jones News Service; his position is being filled by Rick Stine, who was assistant managing editor.Steve Pickett
