EBay must pay 38.6m euros to LVMH over the sale of fake branded replicas

Devin Wenig, former CEO of Thomson Reuters’ Markets division, who left the vendor in July’s management shakeup (IMD, July 22), has joined eBay as president of global marketplaces, which runs its auction and e-commerce portals and accounts for more than 60 percent of revenues.
