NYSE Euronext plans to roll out a new global data license across its markets next year, which will implement standard terms, reduce complexity and increase compliance with data usage and distribution policies, officials say.
Dubbed the Global Data License Agreement, the new agreement will cover all the exchange group’s proprietary datafeeds and services, and will apply both to end-user financial firms and data vendors. NYSE Euronext presented its proposals to industry association FISD last month
