TradeTheNews Bows EventWatch Bulletin of Market-Moving Upcoming Events

News and commentary provider TradeTheNews has released a daily bulletin of upcoming financial events, dubbed EventWatch, which it emails to clients as a PDF file at 7:15am each morning, and makes available via its Premium Equity Audio platform, in addition to an evening edition.

The content includes details of broker meetings, government events, industry conferences, broker field trips, annual meetings, deals, analyst meetings and overnight newspaper summaries, to provide an overview of actionable market movements for the coming days and weeks, complementing the vendor's existing economic and events calendar, and is aimed at institutional sales and trading staff and hedge funds.

For example, sector-specific traders and hedge funds will look for news about the stocks they watch, while institutional sales traders can use the content in talking points with clients, and research firms can use it to determine what conferences or calls they should attend. In addition, senior management in companies can use EventWatch to get an overview of their competitors' activity, officials say.
