RVS Appoints Elmer New CEO
Australia-based Elmer was previously finance director at RVS, having joined the vendor in 2012 from Quercia Capital, a boutique M&A advisory firm that he set up, prior to which he held director-level roles at Hastings Fund Management.
Milne joined RVS as CEO in 2012, having previously served as director of post-trade services at the London Stock Exchange, CEO of Xtrakter, and executive managing director of Thomson Financial and Omgeo.
