Data industry icon Paul Caplin becomes chairman, veteran executive Ashworth takes reins.
Ashworth, who joined Caplin in February, was previously global head of enterprise solutions at Thomson Reuters-owned foreign exchange trading platform FXall, prior to which, he held roles including chairman of signature-verification software provider Softpro, non-executive director at complex event processing vendor Apama, chief commercial officer at Paris-based IT services company GFI Informatique and CEO of FX options pricing software vendor Fenics Software.
