Former Deutsche Bank executive Tim Apps has joined as chief technology officer, following 15 years at Deutsche Bank in a variety of senior roles. Most recently he led the global development team responsible for fixed income electronic pricing and client distribution and execution, before moving into the newly formed debt-wide Markets Electronic Trading business in 2013, with responsibility for formulating FICC wide analytics and data strategy.
