AgriCharts Develops Interactive Map of Grain Prices
The map will make it easier for argicultural commodities producers and traders to gain a consolidated view of local prices.
Over recent years, Barchart has been "aggressively" building up AgriCharts' coverage of grain cash prices, and now sources intraday data from 5,000 grain buying locations across the US to create an extensive database that is updated daily and contains several years of historical data, says Mark Haraburda, managing director of Barchart Market Data Solutions. AgriCharts provides the prices in a consolidated feed, and users can look up prices based on zip code, city, state or business name.
