The exchange has merged the responsibilities of its IT, data and regulation units and unveiled three new companies: BME Market Data, which will deliver BME's co-location, proximity and London Hub services, in addition to its previous function as the exchange's data arm; BME Regulatory Services, which will act as a one-stop shop for BME's current regulatory services, as well as those stemming from new legislation; and BME InnTech, the integration of data vendor Infobolsa Group, BME's Visual
