CIO Forum Attracts 300 Delegates, Major Data Vendors

ON BOARD THE QUEEN ELIZABETH II--Richmond Events' CIO Forum event aboard the QE2 last week drew a high-quality captive audience that spent two full days meeting with vendor exhibitors. Among the market data vendors at the event were Reuters, Dow Jones Markets and Bridge Information Systems.
The CIO Forum is less an exhibit than a series of meetings. Vendors pay to be represented on board ship; delegates go free, but are obligated to attend 30-minute vendor meetings throughout the day.
