SMPG To Discuss Corporate Actions Structuring Proposal

NEW YORK - The standards proposal for options will be one of the main topics discussed at the Securities Market Practice Group (SMPG) meeting held in Vienna on September 19 and 20, Inside Reference Data has learned.

SMPG aims to enable consistent implementation of processes in the securities industry for trade initiation and confirmation, settlements, reconciliation and corporate actions. The SMPG corporate action group, which defines common global recommendations for corporate actions processes
