NEW YORK - TheMuniCenter, an electronic fixed-income trading marketplace, has signed a deal with FT Interactive Data (FTID) to use the vendor's Securities Information Retrieval Service (SIRS) as its preferred source of reference data.
The electronic marketplace chose to go with FTID because they were "very accommodating for our business needs," says John Craft, director of business development at TheMuniCenter. FTID's SIRS replaces a reference datafeed from Standard & Poor's at TheMuniCenter,
