DTCC Proposes to Set-Up Free Legal Entity Data Utility
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has proposed to build a utility of basic entity data that needs to be provided as part of the roll-out of a universal business entity identifier, according to the DTCC response to the Office of Financial Research’s (OFR) statement on legal entity identification.
