DTCC Files Legal Challenge to CFTC's Swap Reporting Rules

The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and its DTCC Data Repository (DDR) subsidiary have filed a lawsuit challenging three actions by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), which they say are anti-competitive and will lead to increased costs for market participants that have already chosen to use the DTCC's swap data repository (SDR).
