ISITC Europe Aims to Foster Fatca Collaboration
ISITC Europe, the industry organization dedicated to improving operational efficiency, has established a working group to facilitate industry cooperation on solutions to the challenges presented by the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (Fatca).
The group will investigate efficient ways of collecting the client data that firms need to comply with the US anti-tax evasion regulation. It will explore the possibility creating a central repository of data that can be accessed by both financial firms
