Blaszkowsky Joins State Street
State Street has hired David Blaszkowsky as senior vice president, data governance, based in Boston.
Previously, Blaszkowsky was a senior policy advisor in the Office of Financial Research (OFR) of the US Treasury. He joined OFR in 2011 after serving in director and associate director roles concerning data for the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), starting in 2007. While at the SEC, Blaszkowsky worked on implementation of the XBRL financial information standard.
