ESMA Releases MiFID II Transaction Reporting Guidelines

More pressure for reporting and data accuracy on the buy side, says analyst

The European Securities and Markets Authority has released guidelines on transaction reporting, order record-keeping and clock synchronization under the revised Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II).

FCA declines to directly regulate market data prices
