Thomson ESG Aligns With GSCS For Settlement, Risk Benchmarks Service

Thomson Financial Services' Electronic Settlement Group has formed an alliance with GSCS Benchmarks, a London-based provider of measures for post-trade performance in settlement, safekeeping and operational risk. According to John Lee, managing director of GSCS benchmarks, the joint-venture is part of Thomson ESG's efforts to reduce and quantify operational risk through the promotion of electronic settlements standards.
