Interactive Data Launches iPad App Version of Market-Q Data Terminal
Interactive Data has rolled out a version of its Market-Q data workstation for Apple iPad tablet devices, to give wealth managers and financial advisors mobile access to the same market data as their desktop data terminal from any location, to provide better service to clients.
Officials say Market-Q Mobile was built as a hybrid HTML5 application to enable it to provide all the functionality of the Market-Q desktop, and that the vendor expects "many thousands of advisors" to sign up for the iPad version in the coming months.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
