Numerix Buys R2 Code Copy from S&P to Fuel Response to Banks’ ‘Transformation’ Efforts
The deal is one step towards the vendor being better able to serve the "transformation" trend unfolding among its clients.
The deal—which the vendors completed in the past few weeks for an undisclosed sum—allows Numerix to leverage modules of R2’s software, which covers front-office pricing, portfolio construction and risk management software, and middle-office risk and capital management functions into future versions of Numerix’s OneView platform.
