The Roberts Group Buys Priory Solutions to Boost Web Content Usage Tracking Capabilities
The deal will give The Roberts Group the ability to track usage of web-delivered content and apply that to clients' data cost management decisions.
The deal closed Sept. 30, and will enable TRG to incorporate elements of Priory's ResearchMonitor usage tracking tool into its FITS (Financial Information Tracking System) inventory and cost management platform, and to offer ResearchMonitor as a standalone tool as TRG continues to expand its business beyond financial services and market data.
