Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. (DLJ) has signed a multi- year contract to continue receiving Quotron Systems Inc.'s Q1000 service to a combination of dumb terminals and microcomputers. The decision follows protracted negotiations, which have yielded DLJ a monthly bill from Quotron that will be slashed more than one third from the prior agreement, according to a number of industry insiders.
