It's become a common phrase in society since everyone's favorite Iowa farmer, Ray, played by Kevin Costner, first heard those whispers in his cornfield in the popular 1989 sports movie Field of Dreams.

And while the exact translation has been tweaked a bit over the years ─ what Ray actually heard was, ‘If you build it, he will come' ─ the concept remains the same: Put the infrastructure in place and the "people" will come.
