(MKI) has acquired the Frustum Group for US$ 61.4 million. The New York City-based Frustum generated around US$ 18 million in revenues last year, primarily derived from sales of its integrated, Windows-based suite of deal capture, position-keeping and transaction processing applications. Frustum's existing core management team, including chief executive Mike Stadther, will continue to manage the business on an independent basis.
