REUTERS TO ABSORB MARVIN SOFTWARE

Reuters has concluded a deal with Marvin Software to integrate Marvin's commercial and support operations into the Reuters Global Sales & Operations unit (GSO). Reuters is a majority shareholder in Marvin, a Paris-based software company, and it will obtain full ownership by 2001. Powerpluspro, Marvin's financial analytics package, is now available on The Information Bus (TIB) platform from Reuters; the application was originally available on the Reuters Triarch
