FXall Names Pestone Regulatory Officer
Foreign exchange (FX) ECN FXall has hired Wayne Pestone as chief regulatory officer in its new Washington, DC, office.
Pestone brings to FXall 19 years of experience, including a stint as chief legal officer of the Boston Options Exchange. Pestone also served as a regulatory counsel specializing in securities for Bingham McCutchen, and in the office of compliance inspections and examinations at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
