Front-office derivatives technology provider SuperDerivatives announced the appointment of Raphael Juston as global head of commodities, to be in charge of the vendor's commodities and energy derivatives solutions business.
Most recently, Juston served as global head of structured investments in Morgan Stanley's commodities division, where he was in charge of cross-commodities exotic risk trading and structuring. Previously, he was an equity derivatives quant at BNP Paribas, and oversaw structured notes, exotics and hybrid trading at Merrill Lynch before becoming its global head of financial commodities structuring.
"Raphael's broad experience as a quant, trader, structurer and head of desk has exposed him to a unique combination of responsibilities, ranging from risk management to infrastructure development and integration," says SuperDerivatives' CTO Yuval Levy, to whom Juston will report in London.
