WSE's market data will be routed over NYSE Technologies' SFTI, following on a series of advancements since the partnership was formed in 2010.
Commercial technology arm of NYSE Euronext, NYSE Technologies, has announced market data enhancements for Warsaw Stock Exchange, representing a further step in the two institutions' strategic collaboration initially formed in 2010 to implement NYSE Technologies' universal trading platform at the Polish exchange.
With the move, WSE's data feed will be routed via NYSE Technologies' secure financial transaction infrastructure (SFTI), providing access to a greater number of small and medium sized vendors, and integrated into its SuperFeed 2, joining more than 70 markets already supported by that service. NYSE Technologies will also back development of WSE's new market data policies.
"In 2010 we agreed with NYSE Euronext to embark on a common journey for technological cooperation, as well as common business initiatives, and we are very pleased with the results of our strategic alliance. This project supports the international strategy of the WSE, and in the coming years, we will be firmly tied to the trends shaping the evolution of the global capital markets," says Ludwik Sobolewski, President & CEO of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
