Institutional trading network Liquidnet has announced the appointment of Mark Pumfrey to the post of head of EMEA.
Pumfrey will be responsible for growing Liquidnet's European business and identifying actionable block liquidity. Based in London, he will report to John Kelly, global CIO.
Prior to joining Liquidnet, Pumfrey spent 20 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was most recently a managing director and head of senior relationship management for EMEA. Before BAML, Pumfrey also held positions at Morgan Stanley and asset manager Scrimgeour Vickers.
