ICBC Turns to AxiomSL for Euro Compliance Support

London-based ICBC has implemented AxiomSL's ControllerView platform for EMIR transaction reporting.

According to AxiomSL, ICBC in London will use its ControllerView platform to deliver all European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) EMIR transaction reporting on a single, integrated platform.

ICBC has already implemented two products from AxiomSL: its IntegrationCenter data management platform and its Basel123 system for capital calculations. The implementation of AxiomSL's data-driven management and integrated regulatory reporting platform will, the vendor claims, help ICBC meet complex bank requirements with greater speed, transparency, accuracy, and levels of detail.

The vendor's underlying technology framework, which, in this instance, provides flexibility and scalability in merging ICBC London's models, delivers data transformation, calculation, and reporting processes to address a number of existing regulations, including EMIR, Basel III, and theb Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) IV regulatory reporting.
