SocGen Launches Collateral Management Outsourcing Solution, Tempo

Multi-asset offering for buy and sell sides to alleviate collateral management complexity.

Societe Generale has launched Tempo in response to shifting regulatory requirements.

According to Societe Generale, Tempo was designed through a collaboration between its securities services business, Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS), and its multi-asset prime brokerage specialist, Societe Generale Prime Services (formerly known as Newedge).

The multi-asset solution will be made available in agency mode for OTC derivatives, exchange-traded derivatives, securities lending and REPO collateral requirements, spanning the entire collateral management life cycle.
