Pont Data Inc. Tests Digital Feed Supporting Three Flavors Of Service

Pont Data Inc. is set to introduce its digital data feed -- currently available in Europe -- to the U.S. The feed will deliver Pont's entire price database of 200,000 international equities and support two server products providing access to subsets of that database.

Pont appears to be pinning its highest hopes on its lowest- end service, which will offer access to up to 5,000 instruments in page-based format. Pont sources say this service is in beta test at several sites in the U.S. They say the
