Deanne Gough is the new CIO of global equities at ING Barings in London. Her appointment follows ING's recent reorganization to provide global rather than regional oversight. As such, Gough is responsible for all technology, including infrastructure and applications development, for the equity division on a global basis. Her new job also allows her to remain in London. That's one of the reasons she took the job: her previous employer, ANZ Investment Bank, has shifted the focus of its business
