Microsoft's Derek LaSalle has exchanged his title--securities industry architect and program manager for financial services--for something a little snappier: program manager in Microsoft's COM+ group. Two other program managers--David Avraamides and Jeremy Lehman--will take over and expand upon LaSalle's responsibilities. Although based in Redmond, Washington, the duo will focus on the global needs of the securities industry and spend a lot of time in New York, LaSalle says.
