Waters Weekly Wrap: July 6-10, 2015

Each Friday, Waters editors and journalists pull together a quick-hit series of the best analysis pieces, features, and video interviews from across the five brands-just in case you missed them.

In honor of the US Women's National Team taking home the World Cup last weekend, Waters presented a number of winning articles this week about financial technology. Adding to the excitement, NYSE chipped in with a three-hour outage on its equities trading floor. But cross-listing won the day, as the other exchange venues filled the void without much issue.

Speaking of excitement, next week is a big one for the magazine — we're hosting a pair of events at the Metropolitan Club on the Upper East Side, beginning with an introductory event for newly-acquired Chartis Research on Wednesday morning, followed by our annual Waters Rankings awards lunch on Thursday.

We look forward to seeing many friends of the publication at both!
