Victoria Mutual takes DSTi's BPM automated work distributor platform

Victoria Mutual, a Jamaican financial services firm with operations in the UK and Canada, will implement DSTi's business process management (BPM) product. The platform, known as AWD (Automated Work Distributor), will allow Victoria Mutual to fully automate its processes over the next three years. The firm selected AWD as it offers an open architecture and is designed to accommodate any number of users in order to cope with business growth. It is expected that the platform will also reduce paper
