Putnam Goes Live with Barra's Models For Enterprise Risk

BOSTON--Putnam Investments has installed Barra's Total Risk for Asset Management enterprise-wide risk model to give the firm's risk management committee a better grasp of the risk exposure of all its portfolios. Currently there are perhaps two dozen users of the system, which went live in March.
