Bruce Fador was named chief executive and president of Cambridge, Massachusetts-based WorldStreet, a start-up financial services software firm. Fador comes to World Street from Thomson Financial Services' First Call division, where he was president and chief executive officer since 1992.
In Europe, Thomson named Max Kelly as its chief technology officer. He had been the principal systems architect for Thomson's legal publishing company, West Group.
