Northern Trust Flies with Eagle on Unix

CHICAGO--Northern Trust Global Investments’ London offices went live at the end of March with Eagle Investment Systems’ PACE data hub and STAR portfolio accounting systems. The systems will be used to monitor Northern Trust Global Investments’ international fixed-income, equity and other non-cash accounts. The firm is also increasing its use of Unix servers for hosting applications.

The Eagle applications replace a mix of third-party and proprietary applications that ran on NT and Unix servers
