Reuters 3000 Xtra goes mobile with Companion


LONDON -- Reuters started providing customers with a wireless version of information product 3000 Xtra at the end of October in an effort to add value to its flagship desktop service.

The product, 3000 Xtra Companion, provides access to charts, news and delayed prices via a personal digital assistant (PDA) or internet browser.
