Thomas E. Bosshard has joined Javelin Technologies as head of European operations, a result of and ever-increasing demand for FIX technology and global connectivity. Bosshard comes to Javelin from New Era of Networks (NEON), where, as vice president of financial services/product marketing, he helped build the company's vertical financial market segment. Before NEON, he was a senior sales engineer at VIE Systems, where he assisted in the development of the SWIFT, FIX and Oasys solutions
