UBS has named Tom Naratil to replace John Cryan as group chief financial officer. Cryan earlier announced that he will step down from the position in May to pursue "other interests."
Naratil has served as the firm's CFO and chief risk officer of UBS Wealth Management Americas since 2009. He was also a member of the executive committee of global wealth management and business banking. Additionally, he will serve as a member of the group executive board.
