Despite the increased need for hedge funds to market themselves and raise capital, many buy-side firms do not have a sophisticated customer/investor relationship management tool in place, according to a new study released today by Eze Castle Integration.
The hedge fund benchmarking study, which was conducted in the second half of 2010, includes responses from more than 220 hedge funds and alternative investment firms. The leaderboards for most categories weren't too out of the ordinary:
