Dow Jones Makes Itself More Accessible

Through a new delivery initiative dubbed Total Access, Dow Jones is working to develop a more collaborative format so that it can work directly with buy-side and sell-side firms, rather than reaching those customers through a third party.

Total Access, which launched in December, is a way for Dow Jones to create a "big tent" environment with its content that is accessible and more appropriate for a wider range of users, according to Joe Cappitelli, managing director of Dow Jones' Financial
