Smonik Investment Systems announced that it has added 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week support. Previously, support was only available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Time.
Officials say that customer service covers "installations and upgrades, as well as handling any problems or technical questions associated with Smonik's suite of products."
The back-office solutions provider also noted that this was part of an effort to answer client demand, as it has increased its customer support staff in Boston and in Ahmedabad, India, by 10 percent.
