The Bangkok-based asset manager is now using the ninth version of IMS, as well as Charles River's FIX Network and Data Storage offerings for electronic trading and real-time price provision at the local Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
A Charles River client since 2005, Krungsri Asset Management already uses the vendor's IMS for portfolio management, trading and compliance monitoring across its equity, fixed income, foreign exchange (FX) and derivatives operations.
"With added support for Thai bonds in Charles River IMS Version 9, we have been able to enhance the user experience and support our projected business growth. The addition of FIX electronic trading, together with real-time data services, will help to eliminate manual errors and improve trading reliability," says Prasert Impornrugee, CITO at Krungsri Asset Management.
