Eze Software Group Shifts Executives, Names Shoreman CEO

Pete Sinisgalli, the vendor's current CEO, will serve as its executive chairman.

Eze Software Group is based in Boston.

Shoreman, who currently is Eze's president, will take over for Pete Sinisgalli, who will serve as the vendor's executive chairman, a newly created role. Shoreman, who will also maintain his responsibilities as president, will be responsible for day-to-day operations, while Sinisgalli will be in charge of strategic initiatives.

Shoreman, who has been with Eze and its predecessor companies for more than 17 years, previously served as Eze's COO and CTO.

"Eze Software continues to make great progress delivering on our vision to be a global leader of technology-enabled solutions for the entire financial services investment cycle," said Sinisgalli in a statement. "Given our growth in customers, employees, products and markets, it's an opportune time to extend our executive leadership by appointing Jeff Shoreman as our next CEO."
