On Tuesday, WatersTechnology will once again roll into the New York Marriott Marquis at 1535 Broadway for this year's North American Trading Architecture Summit. While this conference primarily focuses on the sell-side, there are plenty of panels that will interest buy-side firms that include speakers from both asset managers and hedge funds.

After Morgan Stanley CTO Tsvi Gal gives the morning keynote address at 9 a.m., the first panel will focus specifically on end users. In addition to executives from Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBS, Mary Kotch of AIG, Enrique Smith of CIFC Asset Management and Peter Mager of Davidson Kempner Capital Management will discuss Big Data, disruptive technologies, and the new, cutting-edge projects they're working on. That panel will begin at 9:30.

Also representing the buy side during the day will be executives from Pan Alpha Trading, Lord Abbett & Co., Myra Trading, Garrett Asset Management and Deutsche Bank Asset Management.

Finally, at 3:50, Klay Stack, CTO at Marathon Asset Management, will deliver the afternoon keynote address on scaling application architecture for growth.
