IPC Releases Self-Provisioning Online Tool for Trader Voice Services in EMEA
Trading communication technology firm adds self-provisioning ability to Xchange Customer Portal.
Spot also allows IPC Financial Markets Network customers to view their accounts through a dashboard overview that includes their global voice estate and order status, inventory management capabilities, capacity planning reports and advanced search capabilities.
Tim Carmody, vice president of network services engineering at IPC, tells Sell-Side Technology that clients had a major role in the creation of Spot.
